No Fees Charged to You

Ecoastix Energy provides energy rate comparison and advisory services at no out-of-pocket cost to consumers. We do not sell products on this website, and we do not collect payments, deposits, or financial account information here. Because we do not charge you a fee, there is generally nothing for us to refund.

Charges From Your Utility or Supplier

Any charges for your electricity or natural gas appear on bills from your local utility and/or the retail supplier you choose. Those charges, billing questions, and any refunds related to them are governed by the terms of that utility or supplier, not by Ecoastix Energy. We are happy to help you understand your options — just call us.

Cancelling a Supply Plan

If you enroll in a competitive supply plan, your right to cancel and any associated terms are set by that supplier's contract and applicable state rules. Review your supplier agreement for details, or call us and we can help explain your options.
